This page explains our prepaid ride card: how many rides it includes, which rides are free, who can use it, the validity, route limits, exclusions, and how to book. Please read all the terms before you buy a card.

What is the offer?
You pay once, upfront, for a digital ride card valid for eight rides. On every cycle of four rides, the fourth ride is free. On an eight-ride card, that means the 4th and 8th rides carry no fare charge, and each free ride is for two people travelling together.
Card options
You can choose how long the card stays active:

Offer period
This offer is available for purchases made from October 2026 to January 2027.
Who qualifies?
- Anyone who buys a card and pays in full at purchase.
- Up to four people can be added to one card. Their names must be submitted when you pay.
- A larger plan is available if you need more people or more rides; contact us for more details.
How does a ride work?
- Each ride is a two-way trip: pick-up and drop-off are both included.

- You can use rides for daily commutes, family outings, or trips to tourist destinations. For non-routine trips, tell our team at least two days in advance so we can arrange the vehicle and route.

What’s not included?
Tolls, parking, waiting time beyond 60 minutes, night charges, extra kilometres beyond the limit, rides outside the covered area, state entry taxes, rides during festivals or peak hours.
Booking process
- Contact us to buy a card and choose your validity option.
- Pay in full and submit the names of the people who will use the card (up to four).
- Receive your digital card
via WhatsApp, email. - Book each ride

Changes, upgrades and cancellations
- You can add members or upgrade your plan at any time with no charges.

Who it suits?
The card suits people who travel often, such as office commuters and professionals who travel for work, and people who would rather not depend on crowded public transport. It runs on a fixed number of rides, not unlimited travel, so check whether eight rides fit your usage before you buy.
