Your Scottish Roots - Our Fees and Placing an Order

Fees

All of our fees cover our time spent in searching the appropriate records and include the charge made by the Scottish Record Office to access the records.  The standard fees cover presentation of results either by email, disk or unframed paper.  If you wish the results to be framed, we will quote separately once your order has been received.

Not included are the costs of obtaining copies of certificates or travel beyond Edinburgh.  These costs will only be incurred at your specific request.  Also excluded are postage and packing costs.  We suggest that you opt for delivery of results by email initially and once you have viewed them, let us know if you wish  hard copies posted to you.  Post and packing costs will be advised to you by email.

Payment

Through our arrangements with PayPal, we are able to accept payment by  Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  Payment details will be provided when we send our email advice confirming the success of our search.
